The 2012 NWA Wrestling Legends Fanfest Weekend will have THREE HUGE, COMPLETE DAYS for vendors to sell their merchandise! Our vendor area will be open to the public from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday.
Vendors will be allowed to setup from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday evening, August 2 and from 7-9 a.m. on Friday, August 3.

Friday, August 3: 7-9 a.m. Vendor Setup Friday, August 3: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Open to Public
Saturday, August 4: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Open to Public
Sunday, August 5: 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Open to Public Sunday, August 5: 4-9 p.m. Vendor Move-Out
Booth Information:
One booth (2 tables, 2 chairs) - $350
Two booths (4 tables, 4 chairs) - $650
Three booths (6 tables, 6 chairs) - $950
Four booths (8 tables, 8 chairs) - $1250
Each single booth space includes:
-Two tables -Two chairs -Two Vendor badges
Vendor Badge/Access:
Each paid vendor booth will receive two vendor badges. Additional vendor badges are available at $100 each. Your vendor badges will also get you access to the Q&As.
Electricity:
Electricity is available at any booth(s) for a single $75 charge. Electricity needs must be noted in advance on application for booth space.
Booth Guests:
No booth guests are allowed without pre-approval and vendor's complete compliance in regards to additional stipulations specifically related to vendor/booth guests. Vendors wishing to have booth guests must sign, agree, and closely adhere to all provisions of Addendum A, which specifically deals with booth guests.
Raffles/Drawings:
No raffles, prize drawings, or games of chance are allowed, under any circumstance, at any vendor booth.
Payment:
A minimum 50% deposit must be included with your request for booth space. Balance due before June 1, 2012.
