The 2010 NWA Wrestling Legends Fanfest Weekend will have THREE HUGE, COMPLETE DAYS for vendors to sell their merchandise! Fanfest vendor area will be open to the public from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday. That makes for more opportunity than ever before to sell your products and get your message out.
Vendors will be allowed to setup from 5-10 p.m. on Thursday evening, August 5 and from 7-9 a.m. on Friday, August 6.
Dates and Hours:
Thursday, August 5: 5-10 p.m. Vendor Setup
Friday, August 6: 7-9 a.m. Vendor Setup Friday, August 6: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Open to Public
Saturday, August 7: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Open to Public
Sunday, August 8: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Open to Public Sunday, August 8: 5-9 p.m. Vendor Move-Out
Booth Information:
One booth (2 tables, 2 chairs) - $350 Two booths (4 tables, 4 chairs) - $600 Three booths (6 tables, 6 chairs) - $850 Four booths (8 tables, 8 chairs) - $1100
Each single booth space includes:
-Two skirted tables -Two chairs -Two Vendor badges
Vendor Badge/Access:
Each vending company will receive two vendor badges. Additional vendor badges are available at $155 each. Your vendor badges will also get you access to the Q&As, and General Admission seating at the live wrestling matches on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
Electricity:
Electricity is available at any booth(s) for a single $50 charge. Electricity needs must be noted in advance on application for booth space.
Booth Guests:
No booth guests are allowed without pre-approval and vendor's complete compliance in regards to additional stipulations specifically related to vendor/booth guests. Vendors wishing to have booth guests must sign, agree, and closely adhere to all provisions of Addendum A, which specifically deals with booth guests.
Raffles/Drawings:
No raffles, prize drawings, or games of chance are allowed, under any circumstance, at any vendor booth.
Payment:
A minimum 50% deposit must be included with your request for booth space. Balance due before July 1, 2010.
Deadline for vendor space is July 1, 2010, but please note our available space has sold-out much sooner than that the past two years.
